He was predeceased by: his son Matthew Kellams; and his brother Jeffrey Kellams of Indiana. He is survived by: his son Shane Kellams (Danielle); his grandchildren, Isla and Brody; and his brother Randy Kellams of Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
