She was predeceased by: her husband John S. Liberto; her father Joseph (Helen Derence); her siblings, Leonard, Fannie and Anthony "Busch" Derence; and her nephew Jeff Ray.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Rhoda Derence; her nieces and nephews, Patricia Ray, Leonard Derence (Doreen), Mae Morgan (David) and Michele Zwigart (Shawn); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher (Trish), Brandi (Kris), Dion (Marti), Justin (Dani), David (Carly), Jeffrey (Marguerite) and Tony (Brittany); and her aunt Jane. She is also survived by 17 great-great nieces and nephews.
