She is survived by: her husband Timothy Fazio; her children, Jennifer Trigona (Matthew), T. J. and Matthew Fazio (Jess); her grandchildren, Nicolo, Italia Trigona, Thea, Josie and Baby Fazio; her sisters, Anne Watson (Thomas) of Chesterfield, VA and Alexandra Jane Crisci of Mechanicsburg, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Chris Yeschke, Irene (Vincent "Jim") and Mary Lee Fazio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
