He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Paulette Neal (Keeley); his parents, Margaret Neal, and James G. Neal, Jr.; his children, Holly Joyce, Mandy Neal, Keli Neal and Brenda Vester; his grandchildren, Culin Evans, Leah Vester and Nicholas Joyce; his great grandchild Neal Joyce; and his siblings, Thomas Neal (Carol), Mary Ann Walker (Mark), William Neal (Karen), Barbara Turke (Gene), Peggy Leah Stein (Rick), Michael Neal (Kim Marie) and Maureen Powell (Doug).
