She was predeceased by: her former husband Vincent C. Capuzzi; and her brother Joseph Waslousky. She is survived by: her children, Frances Walsh (late David), Nancy Martin (Matthew), Vincent Capuzzi, Gina Capuzzi (Craig Benson) and Garrett Capuzzi; her grandchildren, Harry Kaufman, Anthony Kaufman (Alexandria Colicchie), Adrian Martin (Matthew McGregor) and Daniel Martin; her brothers, Carl Kukol and Martin Kukol; her grandchild Steeler; and her husband Vince. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
