He was predeceased by: his daughter Judith Perkins; and his brother James Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Perkins (Burgard); his daughters, Kathleen Adelman (William) and Janet Novotny (Bobby); his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Benjamin Novotny; and his brother John. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
