She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Fletcher Sr.; and her siblings, John McDonough and Eleanor Zeak. She is survived by: her children, Herbert Fletcher (Theresa Sherer), Kathleen Vogus (Thomas), Cindy Fletcher, Michele Slogan (Matthew) and Jeffrey Fletcher (Anne); and her brother Martin McDonough. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
