He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Rullo; and his sister Josephine. He is survived by: his children, Angelo K. Rullo and Kelly Pittman (Kurt); and his siblings, Betty, John and Phillip. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
