She was predeceased by: her husband John Chruszcz. She is survived by: her children, Mary Yenchik (late John), Steve Chruszcz (Donna), Teresa Shaheen (Sam) and Michael Chruszcz. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
