He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Patrick and Catherine Patrick (Uhrin); and his siblings, Joseph, Richard, James, Donald, John Patrick, Mary Salandro, Patricia Diebold and Dolores Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Patrick (Zahoransky) of Crabtree; his daughter Kathryn A. Jakub (Paul) of Quakertown; and his grandson Blake Patrick Jakub. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
