He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Chippy" McGrew and Ella McGrew; his wife Phyllis J. McGrew; his brother Fritzy Rothwell; and his great-aunt Leona Johns.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Leightley (Shawn) of Ford City and Billie Jo McGrew (Mindy) of Ford City; and his brothers, Donald Rothwell of Kittanning, Barry Rothwell of Natrona Heights and Bobby Rothwell (Carol) of Plum. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
