He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Bowser and Lois Bowser (Elder); his wife Barbara Bowser; his son William "Bill" Bowser, Jr.; his siblings, Joe, Mike, George, Glenn, Ginger and Babe; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Drew and Nora.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bowser (Theresa), Lynn Stull (Ashland), Fred Bowser (Lisa), Becky Yough (Robert) and Shirley Bowser (Linda); his daughter-in-law Lisa Bowser; his stepchildren, Karen Lash (Steve), Debbie Beham, Frank Beham (Kim), Laurie Beham, Jeff Beham (Michelle) and Roy Beham (Jackie); his grandchildren, Ashley Stull, Jeanette Croyle, Jason Stull, Andreal Gray, Amanda Cavoto, Kayla Charmichael, Jr., Lee Yough, Catlin Bowser, Ciara Kraucak, Chelsea Foust, Shannon McDermott and Curtis Bowser; and his siblings, James Bowser (Jane), Peg and Jackie Bowser.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home (832 E Brady Rd, Cowansville, PA 16218). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
