He is survived by: his wife Pauline Jack; his children, Ron Lendyak (Rosie) of Wattersonville, Tom Lendyak (Nancy), Lynn Lendyak of East Brady, Adam Lendyak of Evans City, Audrey Dobish (Russell) of Zelienople and Amy Sellers (Kim) of Evans City; his grandchildren, Rachel Lendyak-Peters, Rebecca Lendyak-McMahon, Renee Lendyak, Ryan Dobish, Aaron Dobish, Jonathan Dobish, Amanda Miner, Zachary Lendyak, Grace Burkhardt, Lynn Michael Lendyak, Claudia Farren, Nicole Vecchio, Christopher Gordon, Kayla Pritchard, Liz Gordon-Rogers, Kim Branan, Hope Lendyak and Beverly Lendyak; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Greyson, Weston, Lena, Nellie, Dylan, Dakota, Skylie, Winter, Blaze, Colston, Addan, Jace, Jordy, Devin, Julia, Beck, Ike, Knox, Mia, Ethan, Harper, Iva, Carter, Alivia, Penny, Jude, Caedan, Lily, Thea, Glory, Heaven, Noah, Maria and Adam; and his siblings, Bud Lendyak (Loretta) of Slippery Rock and Elaine Sweet of Sodus Point. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grand children.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter.
