She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Young and Dora Young (Snyder); her husband Carl A. Smith (Harry Smith); and her grandson Carl Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Clyd Young of Cowlesville, NY; her son Carl R. Smith of East Brady; her grandchildren, John W. Irrine (Brenda) of Templeton and Jenny Bowser (Casey) of Kittanning; and her great grandchildren, Krista, Carly, Levi, Tate, Mackenzie and Devin.
