She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Coulter (Girt) and Virgil Coulter; her siblings, Virginia, Lloyd, Luella and Dale; her son-in-law Edward Ehrhardt; and her brother Paul Turner (Christina).
She is survived by: her husband Russell E. Snyder; her children, Dwight Snyder (Deborah), Celeste Ehrhardt, Shelley Cook (Steve) and Andrea McPherson (David); her grandchildren, Laura Haslett (Scott), Brandon Ehrhardt and Amanda Ehrhardt; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Spencer Kepple.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joanne's honor to the Union First Presbyterian Church of the American Heart Association.
