He was predeceased by: his parents, Mathias Bowser and Mildred Bowser (Croyle); his daughter Deborah Bowser; his wife Patricia Bowser (Crissman); and his siblings, Robert Bowser, Annabelle Benson, Betty Noll and Maedawn Albright.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Rumbaugh and Larry Bowser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
