He was predeceased by: his son Frederick Bailey; and his sisters, Carole Porter and Elizabeth Shiefen. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Bailey and Ina Bailey (French); his wife Luella; his daughters-in-law, Robert Bailey, Janie Bailey of Woodberry, CO, John Bailey and Terry Bailey; his daughter Elaine Milligan of Blossburg, PA; and his son-in-law David Milligan of Blossburg, PA. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
