With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Spencer of Covington, Pennsylvania, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2021 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip F. Spencer and Nancy Spencer (Kaiser); his brother Richard Spencer; and his nephew Jeremy Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Morrow of Covington; his children, Charles Miller (Lori Payton) of Waverly, NY, Bruce Miller (Lori Frantz) of Covington, Philip A. Spencer, Jr. (Amber) of Cape Coral, FL and Sara Slaymaker (David) of Middlebury Center; his grandchildren, Celeste Kearns, Deidra Miller, Rebecca Dauphinais, Savanna Slaymaker, Bristol Slaymaker, Joshua Miller, Austin Spencer and Colton Spencer; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Kameron Thomas; and his siblings, Marilyn Wiles (Cliff) of Mansfield, Carolyn Ives (Rick) of Wellsboro, James Spencer of Covington and David Spencer of Canton.
