He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth L. and Phyllis McNeal (Vorhees); his children, Eric McNeal (Anne) of Covington, PA and Carey Mitchell of Covington; his grandchildren, Kassy Mitchell, Erann, Emma, Isaac, Aiden, Amaya, Abagail and Easton; his great grandchild Mason McNeal; his brother Gary McNeal; his sister-in-law Imogene McNeal of Troy, PA; his sister Carol Anderson of Troy, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Walker (LeRoy) of Wyalusing, PA, Jeanette Alexander (Gary) of New Albany, PA, Earl Frost (Kathy) of Elkland, PA, Margaret Smith of Liberty, PA, Duane Frost (Lena) of Covington, PA and David Frost (Judy) of Covington, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
