He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bennie Rosengrant; his aunt Kathy Curry (Glenn Mertens); and his cousin Tabitha. He is survived by: his parents, James S. Schmidt and Wanda Schmidt (Rosengrant); his siblings, Rebekah R. Stettler (Isaac) of Blossburg, PA, Daniel C. Schmidt (Carina) of Covington, PA and Timothy D. Schmidt of Covington, PA; his grandparents, James F., Karen Schmidt of Hazen, AR and Linda Rosengrant of Middlebury Center, PA; his uncle Phillip (Wendy Schmidt); his aunts, Cheryl (Shane Russell), Bobbi Jo (Jim Butler) and Lisa Estes; and his cousins, Atticus, Sawyer Russell, Darren Butler, Hannah Pierce, Vince Stanton, Melissa Stanton, Sharri Faddis, Michael Faddis and Shannon Curry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (9 Eden Ln, Tioga, PA 16946). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at the Gray Cemetery (374 Canada Rd, Covington, PA 16917).
