He was predeceased by: his father Harvey A. Rumsey; and his brother Gerald Rumsey. He is survived by: his mother Janet Rumsey (Mertsock) of Wellsville, NY; his wife Wanda Rumsey (Hilfiger); his children, Kevin Rumsey (Amanda) of Mansfield, PA and Janice Proctor (Brandon) of Covington, PA; his grandchildren, Alden Rumsey, Adalynn Rumsey, Morgan Rumsey, William Weddleton, Andrew Weddleton, Carson Proctor and Cody Proctor; and his brothers, Dennis Rumsey (Mary Lou) and Greg Rumsey (Peg) of Casper, WY..
