Adamiak of Covington, Pennsylvania, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 2, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Adamiak; her parents, Anthony Costa and Geneviere Costa (Janicelli); and her daughter Linda Adamiak. She is survived by: her cousin Jean Gehrig of Poughkeepsie, NY; her niece Margaurite Brombacker; and her godchild Michele Fenstermaker.
