With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Floyd Smith Sr. of Covington, Pennsylvania, born in Daleville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2024 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl Floyd Smith Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Smith and Helen Smith (Scott); and his siblings, Theresa Dorflinger and Arthur "Artie" Smith. He is survived by: his wife Juliann M. Tripus; his children, Earl Smith, Jr. (Colleen) of Lake Ariel, Yvonne Berger (Arnie) of Lake Ariel and Chastity Kushin of Syracuse, NY; his siblings, Anna Mae Marsh of Stroudsburg and Robert Smith (Eden) of Elmhurst Twp; his grandchildren, Johnathan Bausch, Sarah Stone (Jesse), Tyler Bausch, Jessica Berger, Nicholas Bausch and Brianna Smith; and his great grandchild Jericho Floyd Stone.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Maple Lake United Methodist Church (632 PA-690, Spring Brook Township, PA 18444). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
