It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Smith of Covington, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 15, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Smith; her parents, Raymond Daggers and Hazel Daggers (Wardell); and her daughter Wendy Miller. She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra J. Barchak of Covington Twp and Holly A. Rowe (Mike) of Rome, N. Y.; her grandchildren, Ryan J. Barchak (Emily), Adam Barchak (Samantha), Kyle Koskovich, Jacob Rowe, Marc Miller and Alexis Rowe; her siblings, Lee Kusiak of Hazleton, Raymond Daggers of Orangeville and Calif (Herbert Daggers); and her great grandchildren, Abigail and Charles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
