He was predeceased by: his parents, Yaroslav Cehelsky and Ola Cehelsky (Bilozor). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Forrest Jacobs of Birdsboro, PA and Skylar Jacobs of Easton, PA; his granddaughter Renley; and his sisters, Martha Jarosh, Nadiya Kidd and Oksana Klapischak. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
