In loving memory of Anna (Shimansky) M. Komski of Courtdale, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on February 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Anna leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Shimansky and Anna Shimansky (Guslusky); her husband Raymond Komski; and her brothers, William and Robert Shimansky.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Maher, Raymond Komski and Lynn Miller (Kingston); her grandchildren, Melissa Bryk, Michael Wieczorek, Amanda Faneck, Dallas, Cassandra Miller, Kingston, Anna Buck, Frank Miller, West of Wyoming and Alexa Komski; and her great grandchildren, Justin Bryk, Aleeya Wieczorek, Grayson, Julia Faneck, Annabella, Addison, Olivia, Matthias Miller, Oliver and Elias Dixon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Corcoran Funeral Home (20 S Main St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18705). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Church (339 N Maple Ave, Kingston, PA 18704).
