He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna M. (Meckley) and J. Willis Garman, Sr.; and his brothers, Sid and Gale Garman. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. (Longenecker); his sons, Gary L., Bryan L. and Bradley L. Garman; and his siblings, Dale (Paula Garman) and Darla Sargent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
