He is survived by: his wife Jill Malkin Hughart; his children, David Puchlettner of Charlotte, NC and Virginia Deaton of Selinsgrove; his grandchildren, Lily Deaton and Alex Bruce, II; and his sisters, Lori Avery of Wellsville and Ruthie Jacobs (Donald) of Whitesville, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
