He is survived by: his wife Virginia A. "Ginny" Timpano; his children, Mark J. Foust of Coudersport, Timothy W. Foust (Rose) of Coudersport, Dr. Terrance L. "Terry" Foust (Ami) of Coudersport and Carrie A. Ruter (Ryan) of Coudersport; his grandchildren, Adam W. Foust (Christina), Eric J. Foust, Logan F. Ruter, Emilee A. Ruter, Sophia J. Foust, Gabriel W. Foust, Ellianna G. Foust and Charlotte A. Foust; his stepgrandchildren, Chad Zengerle and Ashley Zengerle; and his brothers, Joseph Foust (Sandy) of Coudersport and John Foust (Lana) of Coudersport.
