He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Hicks and Aileen Hicks (Dodge). He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Ramsey; his children, Clint B. Hicks (Beth) of Fredericksburg, VA, Amy L. Dietrick (Phillip) of Lexington, NC and Lisa M. Redmond (Ryan) of Port Allegany; and his siblings, Russell Hicks (Connie) of Bath, NY, Doris Voorhees of Bradford, NY and Janice (Richard). He is also survived by six grandchildren, several nieces and one nephew.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Tom's name be made to, The Patterson Cancer Care Center, 1001 East Second St., Coudersport, PA 16915.
