She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Bartram "Whitey" Von Nieda and Pauline "Polly" Emaline Clark; her children, George Stanley "Butch" Metzger and Melissa Ann Merrick (John); and her brother Harold Clark "Buzz" Von Nieda (Ruth).
She is survived by : her husband Edwin "Stub" Metzger; her children, Marty Alice Maiuro (Larry Herbstritt) and Bret Clark Metzger (Teri); her sisters, Allyn Sue Halloran (Jack) and Mary Robin Chilson (Larry); and her grandchildren, Benjamin Troy Stimaker (Rhonda), Tara Lee Kesteloot (Giles), Michael John Maiuro (Kelsey), Jenna Margaret Gurney (Eric), Melissa Dawn Borgoyn (Brian), Megan Lynne McGrath (Brian), Bret Edwin Metzger (Edith) and Taylor Ellen Miltenberger (Shawn). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
