He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer S. Cooper and Martha M. Cooper (Breidenstine); and his siblings, Terry Cooper and Kathryn Ruhl. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Yecker; his children, David Cooper (Sonia) of Virginia Beach, VA, Matthew Cooper (Alexandra) of Santa Barbara, CA, Susan Nguyen (Long) of Lancaster and Michael Cooper (Cassandra) of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his grandsons, Mason, Miles, Brody, Ronin, Joseph and Michael. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
