She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whitman and Christine McConnell Whitman; and her brother Brad Whitman. She is survived by: her children, William Sweigert III (Michelina), Shannon Sweigert (Wendi) and Tanetha Sweigert; her grandchildren, Travis, Hannah, Haylee and Gabriella; her great grandchild Geneva; and her siblings, Charles Whitman Jr. (Suzanne), Dianna Dillen, Barry Whitman (Sandy), Tammy Landis (Bennie Stuble), Sonya Long (Ronald), Craig Whitman (Courtney) and Forrest Whitman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
