He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Smith and Zella Smith (Stiles); and his siblings, Richard Smith and Marie Ayers. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Hmel (Gene), Doris Lawrence of Coudersport, Dennis Smith of Pittsburgh and Robert Smith of Reno, NV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
