She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lewis and Mary Ellen Lewis (McLaughlin). She is survived by: her husband Kent L. Kenyon; her daughter Rebecca Kenyon of Coudersport; and her sister Julia Lewis of Denver, CO..

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials contributions in Katherine's name be made to, Hebron Seventh Day Baptist Church, 13 East Carley Hill Road , Coudersport, PA 16915.
