She was predeceased by: her parents, John M. Isaman and Alice M. Randall Isaman; her son Rodney Paugh; her grandchildren, Ethan and Katie; and her sister Cheryl Harrison.
She is survived by: her husband Billie L. Andrews; her children, Jeffery Isaman (Rae) of Monroe, NC, Robert Paugh (Mari) of Charlotte, NC, Lisa Cooke (John) of Heath Spring, SC, Lance Paugh (Jennifer) of Matthews, NC, Tammy Gagliardo (Marc) of Paris, France and Jennifer Easton (Scott) of Coudersport, PA; her grandchildren, ErinZena (Destinee), David, Michael (Josh), Paige (Allen), EmmaRae, Derek and Bella; her great grandchildren, Holdan, Skye, Xander and Decklyn; her brother Edward Isaman, Sr.; and her pet Bandit. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews, and cousins; and a loving companion.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donation to be made to Cole Place, 1001 East 2nd Street, Coudersport, PA 16915, whom provided her care or to The American Legion of the donor's choice, an organization she held dear to her heart.
