He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Berna Atkinson Phillips; his aunts, Donna Mae Grant, Elsie Deitrick and Wilma Webster; his uncle William Atkinson; his brother James Phillips; his brother-in-law Don Crowe; and his grandson Joseph T. Holbrook.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Holbrook (Joe) of Ulysses and Michael Phillips (Michelle) of New Durham, NH; the mother of his children Joan T Ellis of Austell, GA; his sisters, Donna Jean Bullock of Coudersport, Susan Crowe of Fort Myers, FL and Mary Jane St (Richard); his sister-in-law Carol Phillips of Norfolk, VA; and also, Hannah Holbrook of Rochester, NY, Heather Phillips of New Durham, NH and Jessica Hobbs (Nate) of Rochester, NH.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
