He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foster and Mary Foster (Shinn); his wife Beth E. Nannen; and his sister Sue Bowen. He is survived by: his children, Justin Foster (Melissa) of Coudersport, Joshua Foster of Pittsburgh, Stefan Foster of New Jersey and Jerrica Foster of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Lyndsey, Dylan, Zayne, Poet and Rook; his great grandchild Adelayna; and his brother Ed Foster of Florida.
