He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Burdick and Carita Mae Campbell Burdick; and his brother David G. Burdick. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice L. Carpenter of Bradford, Ilene L. Altenhein (Karl) of Mina and Frederick Alan Burdick (Emilia) of Emporium. He is also survived by three nieces; four nephews; and a grandnephew.
