He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johnson and Frances Johnson (Swasnick); and his brother Martin. He is survived by: his daughter Joanne R. Gleason (Stacy Ruter) of Coudersport; his grandson Travis J. R. Gleason; and his cousins, Stephen Draga (Laura) of Ohio and Patty Minrovic (Kenneth) of Ohio.
