It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Coen of Coudersport, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Heffern and Edith Heffern (Caldwell). She is survived by: her husband Garrett Coen; and her siblings, Joseph E. Heffern (Janet) of Slippery Rock, Samuel L. Emanuele of Union City, Andrew C. Deuel of Arkansas, Ruth M. Heffern of Knoxville and Donna Pawlowski of Arkansas.
Due to the health concerns and social restrictions surrounding Covid-19, there will be no public services, and she will be interred in Forest Hill Cemetery in Austin.
In Lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions in Gladys' name be made to the Gospel Tabernacle, 420 Route 6 West, Coudersport, PA 16915.
