With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fredrick K. Forsythe of Coudersport, Pennsylvania, born in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 7, 2022 at the age of 70. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fredrick K. Forsythe to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Boots" Forsythe and Loretta Forsythe (Hixson); and his sisters, Rose Mae Whitt and Gloria Jean Forsythe. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Forsythe (Smith); his sons, Joseph Forsythe (Lisa) of Riverview, FL and Jacob Forsythe (Bobbie Jo) of Penn Yan, NY; his grandchildren, Faith Baker, Sofia Forsythe, Colin Forsythe, Angelina Forsythe and Carson Dunn; his sister Midge Houghtaling (Morales) of Coudersaport; his aunt Evelyn Kephart of Penfield, PA; and his nephews, James Whitt, Raymond Morales, Kenneth Morales and Mark Morales. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Fred Forsythe to the Coudersport Gospel Tabernacle.
