She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hargrave and Pearl Hargrave (Smith). She is survived by: her brothers, Earl, Hugh, Keith (Laman) and Jim (James); her former husband Leonard Smith; her husband John J Sipes; her children, Jon Smith of Portland, Scott Sipes (Mary) of Belews Creek, N. C., Mark Sipes (Theresa) of Coudersport, PA, Janet Sipes of Emporium, PA and Lori Sipes Eastman (James) of Emporium, PA; and her pet Sunny Boy. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family suggest memorial contributions in Ethel's name be made to the Coudersport Public Library, 502 Park Ave, Coudersport, PA 16915.
