“Delma was Lin and my instructor at the FBI and very special friend. She was a fantastic cook and knew so many things. She loved taking trips with her husband, Al, and they would go to W. Virginia and Pennsylvania to their luxurious cabin up in the mountains for vacations from Maryland. She is thought of and is missed! Frank and Lin Vargo”
