He was predeceased by: his siblings, John, Sherman, Katharine and Marjorie. He is survived by: his parents, Harold D. and Irene Rastu Francis; his spouse Madelyn J. McNulty; and his children, Kay Bender (Michael) of Sanford, Lynn Klimek of Newfield, N. Y., Gary Francis (Russina) of Coudersport and Lori King (Norman) of New Tripoli. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
