She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Kellogg and Joyce Kellogg (Kistner); her husband James C. Tarbox; and her daughter Deborah Kay "Debbie" Tarbox. She is survived by: her children, Susan Reese (David) of Coudersport and Robert Tarbox (Kelly) of Port Allegany; her grandchildren, Kristin Drugg (Brett) of Turtlepoint, Justin Crowley (Manda), Fort Bragg of Fayetteville, NC, Heidi Reese (Brody Vasko) of Austin, Keely of Port Allegany and Ethan Tarbox of Port Allegany; her great grandchildren, Cayden, Carter Drugg of Turtlepoint, Nathan and Layla Crowley of Fayetteville, NC.; her aunt Katherine Kistner of Brook Park, OH; her siblings, Carl Kellogg (Phyllis), Grace Stuckey of Florida and Mary Brown of Port Allegany; and her sisters-in-law, Jackie Tarbox of Roulette, Gayle Tarbox of Gifford and Rebecca Mingo of Port Allegany. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
