She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Waite and Ethel Simpson Waite; and her brother Allen A. Waite. She is survived by: her husband Howard R. Burnham; and her daughters, Karin E. Karr (Bradley) of Coudersport, Konnie R. Minard of Olean, N. Y. and Karla A. Karr (Timothy) of Coudersport. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
