He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Buzard and Lavinia Lewis Buzard; and his brother Timothy Buzard. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Smith; his sons, Ricky Buzard, Joshua Buzard (Amber) and Dustin Buzard; his grandchildren, Ava, Ashtyn, Calleigh, Brycen, Declan, Taylin and Paisley; and his siblings, Stephen, Rodney, Vicki McDonald and Brenda Buzard.
His family suggests memorial donations be made in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
