He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Orcutt and Mary E. Orcutt (Potter); his siblings, Bill Orcutt, Carol Martz, Doyle Orcutt, John Orcutt, Paul Orcutt and Marian Masters; his son-in-law Rick L. Welsh; and his grandson Cory A. Orcutt.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley J. Milliron; his children, Jeffrey A. Orcutt (Lorie) of Reynoldsville, PA, Vicki Jo McDowell (Rodney) of Martinsburg, PA, Timothy D. Orcutt (Jill) of Corsica, PA and Cynthia D. Bish (Jeffrey) of Brookville, PA; and his sister Doris Larson of Dubois, PA.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
