He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Wells and Hazel Rossey Wells; and his siblings, Wayland, Donald Wells and Betty Foust.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy Thomas; his children, Leigh Ann Wells of Greensburg, Dawn Wells (Joe) of Greensburg, Eric Wells of Greensburg, Rachael Myers of Brookville and Jessie Davis (James) of Corsica; his grandchildren, Cayla White of Brookville and Zoe Klawuhn of Brookville; his children, Bryce Klawuhn of Corsica, Mason Wells of Greensburg, Djamolodine Shaffer of Brookville and Adriane Shaffer of Brookville; his great grandchildren, Zaine Wilmouth, Tristan and Gavin Dunlap; and his sisters-in-law, April (Scott) and Georgie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given in the name of Llewellyn B. Wells to a charity of choice.
